LTO KALINGA joins Kalinga PNP personnel and some members of the Kalinga army in implementing RA 10586 otherwise known as the Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act of 2013 during their deputation training seminar.
87 participants from the Philippine National Police Kalinga, headed by Police Director PSupt. Brent Madjaco and from the Kalinga army attended the Deputation training seminar sponsored by the local government of Kalinga province.
PSupt. Madjaco was thankful that their request for a deputation seminar was granted by DOTr-CAR Regional Director Atty. Jose Eduardo Natividad, as there is an increasing need to put order on the roads of Kalinga.
Kalinga provincial legal officer Atty. Christian Wandag welcomed the event and applauded the active participation and collaboration of the Army, PNP and the LTO to increase traffic law enforcement in the Province.
The participants were required to apprehend at least 2 violators of the Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act as part of their practicum. The practicum is one requirement for the deputation of the participants.
